If you know a student on Delmarva with a passion for agriculture or skilled trade, nominate them to become a WBOC / Mountaire Farm to Table Scholarship winner! The people who grow and prepare our food are more important than ever. We are looking for 15 students with a passion for feeding the world like we do at Mountaire Farms. The student must be a graduating senior with 3.5 GPA, and an active participant in farming or skilled trade programs.
REQUIREMENTS
Each entry should meet the following parameters:- Be nominated by an educator or school representative (must include letter of reference; multiple letters welcome)
- Attach a copy of transcript
- Resume/other supporting documents encouraged but not required
- Maintain a B-average or better
- Be a student at a school on Delmarva
- Be an active participant in agriculture or skilled trade programs
- Exhibit community leadership (volunteerism, extracurriculars, etc.)
- Nomination must be recieved by December 31, 2025
There is no limit on the number of submissions received from each school. Once the student’s application is submitted, it will be eligible for award until May 2026.
