Richard G. Collins is the incumbent Republican representative for Delaware's 41st House District, a position he has held since 2014. A native of Sussex County, Collins graduated from Seaford High School and earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Delaware. He has extensive experience in the insurance industry, having worked as an agent before owning Access Insurance & Financial Services. Prior to his legislative career, Collins founded and served as the chief lobbyist for the Positive Growth Alliance, an organization dedicated to protecting private property rights.
