Energy bites

Learn how to make these delicious energy bites, as shown by third grade student Lula Randel in the DelmarvaLife kitchen!

Ingredients 

  • 1 cup of old fashioned oats
  • 2/3 cup of peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup of flax seed
  • 1/4 cup of chocolate chips
  • 1 and 1/2 tbsp of honey

Directions

  1. Mix ingredients in a medium sized bowl.
  2. Chill for 30 minutes.
  3. Roll the mixture into balls with leftover oats and chocolate chips. Enjoy!
