William " Billy" Clifford Litton Jr., of Pocomoke City, Maryland, passed away peacefully on December 15, 2024, at the age of 58. Born on December 25, 1965, in Bristol, Pennsylvania, Billy was a loving father and grandfather, whose warmth and humor left a lasting impression on all who knew him. He has been a resident of the Eastern Shore for 35 years.
