Welton Richard Pusey, Jr., known affectionately as Rick to his friends and family, passed away peacefully on November 27, 2024, at the age of 75, where he resided in the town of Salisbury, Maryland. Rick was pre deceased by his parents, Aileen Dykes Pusey and Welton Richard Pusey, Sr. Rick's journey began on May 21, 1949, in Pocomoke City, Maryland where he graduated from Pocomoke High School.
