Vernon Lee Collins, Jr., 60, of Hebron, died Friday, December 6, 202 , in Coastal Hospice By The Lake. Born in Baltimore, he was the son of the late Vernon Lee Collins, Sr., and is survived by Ardra Collins. He graduated from high school and also attended Wor-Wic Community College receiving a degree in education.
