It is with irreconcilable sadness that we announce the passing of Stephen L. Kelley, formerly of Jacksonville, Florida and most recently from Salisbury, Maryland. Steven was born on July 31, 1958 in Arlington, Massachusetts to John L. and Martha H. Kelley. He was a twin of Martha A. Kelley who preceded him in death at age 33.
