Ronald C. Kirts Sr., of Frankford, De. was born June 13, 1945, in Baltimore, Maryland, to the late Betty Taylor and Carlisle Kirts. He passed away peacefully on December 6, 2024, surrounded by his loved ones, at the age of 79.
