James Virgil Wells Jr., fondly known as JV, a beacon of strength and love in our community. Born on May 18th, 1950, in Salisbury, Maryland. JV was a man of faith, integrity, and unyielding character who walked into the Lord's eternal embrace on the 4th of November 2024, at his home surrounded by family.
