DOVER, Del.- In honor of National Crime Victims' Rights week, Delaware's Victims' Rights Task Force will be holding a course to stop scams that target the elderly.
The "Stop the Scams" course will be held at the Modern Maturity Center in Dover on Thursday at Noon.
