OCEAN CITY, MD– The Ocean City Police Department announced yesterday the upcoming prolonged closure of two downtown streets for sewer force main installation.
St. Louis Avenue from Second Street to Ninth Street will be closed as well as Dayton Lane from Ninth Street to 14th Street.
In a Facebook post, the department said contractors will begin construction on the two portions of road Nov. 20 to finish in April, weather permitting.
Neighbors can expect road closures, traffic delays and parking restrictions during construction, according to the post.
