Millsboro Dog Theft

MILLSBORO, DE - The Millsboro Police Department is asking for your help in locating a man accused of stealing an elderly victim’s dog and the stolen pet.

According to Millsboro Police, Isaiah Lecates was allegedly involved in stealing the dog from a victim’s property along with a juvenile co-conspirator who has not yet been identified.

Lecates is currently wanted on the following charges:

1. Theft under $1,500 and victim is 62 years or older

2. Conspiracy in the Second Degree 

Anyone with information on Lecates’ or the dog’s whereabouts are asked to call the Millsboro Police Department at 302-934-8174.
