OCEAN CITY, M.d - Today marked the fifth and final day for competitors in the MidAtlantic Tournament.
208 boats fished out of two ports on the East Coast. One port is located in Cape May, New Jersey. The other is the port at Sunset Marina in Ocean City, MD.
Primary categories for the tournament include Blue and White Marlin, Tuna, Dolphin, and Wahoo.
Rick Weber is the President of the MidAtlantic Tournament.
He says although the tournament used to be only in Cape May, he wanted to explore the options.
"But we have to acknowledge the market that's available down here," he says. There are great and wonderful people down here, and we're very happy to be here as well as in Cape May."
This year marked 35 years of the event.
