Gumboro Community Center Vandalism

GUMBORO, DE - The Gumboro Community Center says they were the targets of vandalism last week with their building and outbuilding both defaced with spray paint.

A DNREC Division of Fish and Wildlife Deer Donation cooler was also defaced, the Community Center said in a post on Facebook.

Some of the graffiti includes indecent imagery and language as seen in images the Community Center shared on Friday.

The Delaware State Police says they were called to the Center on November 10th around 1:30 p.m. on reports of criminal mischief and trespass. There is currently no surveillance images or descriptions of the suspects, according to police.

Authorities also say it is unclear when the crime actually occurred between last Monday and when it was reported on Friday.

The Gumboro Community Center asks anyone with information to contact the Delaware State Police.
