BERLIN, Md. – The Town of Berlin announced its decision to cancel this weekend’s 31st annual Fiddlers’ Convention in light of forecasted wind and rain.
The event, scheduled for Friday to Sunday, was slated to feature performers Rebecca Frazier, The High and Wides, The Plate Scrapers and Songs from the Road Band, as well as annual music competitions for kids and adults, according to the event website.
No plans to reschedule the event were announced, but the Berlin Chamber of Commerce says Fiddlers’ Convention t-shirts are still available for purchase at the Berlin Welcome Center on South Main Street.
