Born May 9, 1943 in Pittsville, MD to the late Vearl (Cooney) Baker and Sarah M. Baker. Died April 2, 2024 at Tidal Health surrounded by family. He was a long time employee of G&M Sales. Most recent at Kingston Construction. He was a US Army Veteran having served a tour of duty in Germany when the Berlin Wall was built. He was a member of MD National Guard from 1963-1970.
